I offer a warm and heartfelt approach. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we work together for your growth. I tailor each session to suit your needs, including your mind, body, and soul in our work. Our sessions may explore the roots of your difficulties, including past and present trauma, as well as your potential for change and growth. I support you through deep listening and by truly seeing your struggles. I aim to celebrate the many parts of who you are. By offering reflections and practical techniques, I hope to help you gain awareness and ease inner conflict. Over time, I aim to support you in becoming more of who you want to be in the world. We may also explore your sense of meaning, purpose, and potential.
I recognise how cultural, social, and global issues can affect your well- being, and how systems of oppression may limit your ability to live fully and authentically.
My approach is broad and flexible, shaped by many trainings and over 15 years of experience supporting and guiding people. I primarily offer talking therapy, integrated with body-based (somatic) practices. My core training is in psychosynthesis counselling, which includes creative and imaginative techniques such as drawing and guided imagery. I also have a deep love of wild nature and a background in ecotherapy. I offer Outdoor Therapy in beautiful woodland settings, including RSPB Ynys- hir—a nature reserve in Mid Wales—where we can work among ancient Welsh oak trees against the backdrop of Eryri (Snowdonia National Park).
