Hazel Osborne

I am a Transpersonal Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, wellbeing and nature therapist living in the wild hills and mountains in the heart of MidWales.

I am a creative integrative ‘soul’ focused practitioner. I work to meet you where you are and everyone's process is unique- just as we are all unique.

I offer sessions which work to enable a connection to a 'deeper knowing'', of what you might be finding challenging or wanting to change in your life. 

This can include developing a more vital and resilient way of being in the world. And be explored through eco psychotherapy, somatic and breath work, creative arts, Reiki and vocal release. 

It is my honour to support people with their process towards health and wellbeing in a way which holds true meaning for them. 

I care deeply about people, the land and our eco systems. 

I offer 1-1/ and group work.
